“My grandfather, who is now over 80 years old came to me and said he wanted to look to get into a small workout routine and continue to maintain muscle mass, while combating old age. My initial thought and reaction was to have him check out Beyond and work with Harrison on beginning a training routine, and learning the basic mechanics of lifting and becoming accustomed to the movements. At first, my grandfather was hesitant and unsure what to think and if it would be something he would enjoy long term, but since then he has very much enjoyed his time with Harrison and progression with becoming more familiar with the various movements and exercises. He has also said that he will be happy to continue the trainings through the spring and summer to help improve his stamina and staying busy while doing yard work.
